Healthy food means is a variety of food that give nutrients to you for maintain the body condition . Nutrients are included with proteins,carbohydrates,fat,water,vitamins,minerals.These are the nutrition prevent you from getting sick example cancer, blood pressure and more.

Food Pyramid is a visual food as a guide in designing a healthy diet. This is the framework the types and amounts of food and combination to provide a healthy diet. The first level cereals, beans and milk is sufficient quantity. The second level vegetables and fruits we should eat liberally .The third level to have take moderately. The fourth level we need to eat sparingly.Most importantly, we need to drink plenty of water each and everyday. Water is important nutrient for the body.

Protein is an essential macronutrients of every cell in the body .Protein is important for hair , nail,skin, and the body part or tissues . Protein helps to build a new cell and make the bones strong . Examples of food is milk,fish,chicken,cheese and more .
Carbohydrates have a several roles in living organism.Carbohydrates is also known as carbs,are sugars or starches and energy for most organism.The most carbohydrates rich foods a high starch content and example of the foods are bread,pasta,beans,rice and cereal.

Fats are an essential part of our diet and its important for our health certain time.There are 2 different types of fats,the first one is saturated fats being healthier than others and unsaturated fats is small amount and part of balanced diet.The food of saturated fats is palm oil,coconut milk,cooking margarine,pizza,cakes and more.Unsaturated fats food is oily fish,soya bean,nuts and olive oil.

Water is a transparent,tasteless and colorless chemical.Which is the main constituent from earth stream.Water is very useful and good for our health.

Vitamins are essentials,vitamin cannot be synthesized by our bodies,so we need to obtain them from our diet.There are many vitamins A,vitamin B,vitamin C, vitamin D,vitamin E and more.Vitamins is very good for our health to maintain the body level from anything and balance nutrition every day.

Minerals are substance naturally in the earth.Minerals are usually solid inorganic.

Healthy food is one that does not cause short term or long term health problem to the person.Taking vegetables and fruits is helpful to reduce the diseases.
Obesity is one of the key of health issues now days.Junk food is the key point for high blood pressure ,high sugar and more.We need to maintain our body with same level sugar and cholesterol.The nutrition will helps out to give good nutrition.Exercise is one of the good thing and maintaining a healthy weight.
HEALTHY FOOD FOR EVERY DAY
First of all,we all need to take healthy breakfast,lunch,dinner and supper.We should not leave our stomach empty.Breakfast we can take some simple foods example oatmeal,bread,cereals and more.During lunch time we need to take the main component of the food like meat,fish and chicken.Moreover,dinner time we need to take some light food example soup,vegetables or drinks.But remember to drink water every 2 hours.
